I'm no Brit, but I did notice this pic is from 2002. I did see him do the YouTube Symphony stuff on an EEb, which is much more recent..

Looks like a Meinl Weston 2165.

As far as I know Patrick Harrild plays a Besson 982 EEb as his bass tuba and Melton 2165 6/4 CC as his contrabass tuba. I heard he is playing increasing amount of repertoire on the CC as time goes on.

He is certainly no equipment geek, so has probably not changed.
