Bravo--very fine playing. That is the first time I ever heard it with orchestral accompaniment, too. Very solid work!

VERY nice! Did you sync up the recording with the video? Or is the mic that good on the camcorder? Either way, well done!

Wait a minute! I believe I know what he did. He recorded Baadsvik playing this, instructed the conductor to follow the recording. He then pretended to play the solo himself. That is the reason the recording is as good as it is, and it explains the outstanding tuba performance. LOLTexTuba wrote:VERY nice! Did you sink up the recording with the video? I, too, had never heard this done with orchestral accomp. I especially like the contrast it provides to the solo part.
