Marching Band - Parade Judging Sheets

I'm looking for judging sheets for marching bands in a parade. I've been judging bands in a local parade for several years and the judging sheets we have been using are really for marching band competitions. For my circumstance, a series of bands pass by a reviewing stand and are judged solely for the very few minutes it takes them to pass by the stand. There are short breaks between bands as the Corvette Club, Fire Department, etc. pass by. Then, another band marches by. So, the forms need to be easy to complete in just a couple of minutes and reflect what the judges can actually tell by the short time they have to observe the band.

Can anyone recommend a good judging sheet for me?

Try these from the Southern California Judges Association. They used to be part of the All-American Judges Association years ago. I judged parades for them for over 20 years.
