Dr. Joseph Skillen performs Broughton Concerto

Hi all--

One week from today, on October 4th, Dr. Joseph Skillen will be performing the Bruce Broughton Tuba Concerto with the Louisiana State University Symphony Orchestra. The concert is at 7:30PM in the newly and beautifully renovated LSU Student Union Theater.

Tickets are $18/$15/$12 depending if you are community member, faculty staff, or a student.

Congratulations to Dr. Skillen and the LSU Symphony Orchestra on a great performance! The Broughton Concerto is a really finely orchestrated piece of music. It was fun to listen to it in its full and expanded version!!!
