Canadian Working in the US (Visa's, Permits)

Hello everyone,

I'm hoping to get a job in the US for the summer. I've spoken with the employer (who doesn't know a lot about work Visa's) and I was wondering what I (a Canadian Citizen) would need to be able to work for this organization for the summer.

For what its worth, the job is an office job at music festival in Massachusetts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
