Need Valve Button for Wilson 3400

Post by Gilligan »

I have a friend who is looking for a replacement botton for his Silver Wilson 3400 EEb. Any one know where to get one without buying a full set? It was made in the mid 90's.

You can contact Getzen or contact Herr Kurath directly. I have had top-notch customer service experience when dealing with both, but Herr Kurath is a true craftsman and a gentleman to deal with. The contact information can be found here: http://www.willson.ch/index_e.html

I can understand why they would, but that hasn't been my experience, for whatever reason.

I think that the situation is a bit different than when they were distributed by DEG. The Getzen people, since they own Allied Supply, understand stocking parts for instruments. I would suggest contacting Getzen, probably Dave Surber would be the one to ask for, and through either the serial number or e-mailing him a clear photo of one of the finger buttons, you should be able to get a match.
