Any euphonium players out there ?

Post by oldbandnerd »

I am very happy to have found this web site. I do enjoy reading all the posts and replies. It is apparent that this is predominatley a tubist site. Much of the information passed around here is only good if you play the tuba. I am but a mere euphonium player looking for like minded people.I would like to know how many members here are euphonium players and where can I find a website as good as this one for euphumnist ( is that a word ?) ?
The recent post about sticking valves helped me solve a problem I was have with my own horn. I gave it a good bath and polished the pistons and that took care of my "sticking valve" issue.

I suppose this board is for euphoniumists too. I just don't see a a lot of talk or exchangeing of information about the euphonium here. This post,or the other two I have put up, have not recieved too much interest either. Either there just aren't very many euphonium players here or they just aren't interested in replying. Any who... Thanks to those that have . I do appreciate it.
