yet another stupid question

i have noticed on the cover the the jacobs instruction book(http://www.wwbw.com/Instrumental-Arnold ... 4789.music) it looks as if the mouthpiece of his horn was photoshopped out. is there any reason that the publishers might have done this, was it to hide the imfamous "jacobs helleburg"? or was there some sort of copyright issues to the said mouthpiece? any insight would be greatly appricated
