Having recently been to the plant, I can attest that C-S is, in fact, manufacturing wood (and plastic) clarinets (and other woodwinds) in the former Armstrong plant in Elkhart.

Among the wood clarinets manufactured there on "modern" CNC lathes are the LeBlanc "Bliss" clarinets, the Selmer CL201 and CL211, and, the LeBlanc L60 bass clarinet. Many plastic instruments (of the clarinet family, as well as oboes and bassoons) are also manufactured in Elkhart.
The CL601 and 711 are of Asian origin.

Also of note, after shuttering the French LeBlanc factory, all of its production and stock of grenadilla was moved to Elkhart.
