Hi Joe,

Here's what I come up with on my 3450:

1/ the bell diameter - 17 1/4 in.
2/ (with a piece of string or braided line) the circumference of the small end of the bell where it meets the connection ring to the bottom bow - 13 1/2 in.
3/ the height of the bell to that same point (where the small end of the bell meets the connection ring) - 25 in
