Doesn't have to harm that much, but it would choke that 4th circuit.
It would choke it even with the same bore.
How big the 'real effect' is, is a completely different story.
Having it on the leadpipe?
Relative to the 2nd valve, the 1st valve is already there
Many rotaries (most) already have it there.
