how do i post a tuba for sale?

No joke, we were having trouble with a concert tuba at my high school. It had just been taken out of storage. It was stuffy and felt like there was something stuck somewhere inside. It also had a very LOUD buzz when ever you tried to play it.

After a trip to the shop the problem was found. A screwdriver about 4 inches in length was found in the upper branch!
