Maybe either the clear plastic tuba somebody here built, or the Carsberg Beer tuba?
A functional glass Eb tuba I have not seen all the years I have been here.

Was this a functional, blatt-making tuba?the elephant wrote:No. It was an actual tuba made of glass. The photo was of it with a brownish-red background and you could see through it. We discussed the valves for a long time, several times on the old TubeNet. Brian, this was pretty old re-hash stuff back then. I remember it being very interesting in 1998. I have the photo somewhere, but looked and cannot find it. Sorry, man. I will keep looking. It was made by some guy in Europe, maybe Switzerland? Cannot remember. Very bad photo, however. It was small and low resolution, not well focused.

The clear plastic one was built by Brian Kane (aka goodgigs), the OP, by the way. He probably already has a picture of that one, heh.David Richoux wrote:Maybe either the clear plastic tuba somebody here built, or the Carsberg Beer tuba?
