Anyone else had trouble with the new RB gig bags causing major tarnish to their instrument?
A fellow eupher recently purchased a brand-new Yamaha 642S. Along with the horn, he also got a new RB gig bag. The bag looks great with some nice design changes... like a pocket for back straps if you don't want to use them. BUT -- if he leaves his horn in the bag over night, there's major tarnish on the top of the bell, and wherever the horn comes in contact with the inside of the bag. Seems to me like it there might be some sort of treatment to the lining of the inside of the bag causing this.
Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanx.
