And of course those who instead use MacOS don't need to feel left out. Preview, the application MacOS uses by default for images, has a Tools menu with all your editing needs - size, crop, rotate, etc. For photos of stuff like tubas, something like 480x640 is plenty big, that's my opinion anyway.

Where Joe says to find "EDIT" you may have to click on "HOME" and find "RESIZE." At least, it works that way on my computer. (Windows 7).
Always make a good sound; audiences will forget if you miss a note but making a good sound will get you the next job.
