This is a really good 186. It has a big sound for a 4/4 and the valves are very smooth and quiet. I was surprised how big it played when I tried it out this afternoon. Intonation was very good. A great horn for the aspiring high school tubist, college musician, or someone in the need for a solid instrument.

Ummm, in this context it probably means bumpers, stops, corks (or neoprenes,) or whatever else you want to call the danged little things.sousachick wrote:...has been cleaned and pads and rotors have been replaced....
(I am assuming you already knew what sousachick meant and were just haggling over terminology.)
