We now have prototype for new Wessex exclusive CC tornistertuba which we have called the 'Mighty Gnome' and it is currently on show at Frankfurt Musikmesse.
I tried it with band rehearsal last week and found it plays well in tune and supplemented nicely the tone of my Neptune played by Andy Loree (in Europe for Musikmesse).
The sound that one visitor to our booth at Frankfurt got out of it playing Fountains of Rome had to be heard to be believed. I am sure it would project in symphony orchestra!
