Help Finding Music

Post by a2ba4u »

I am looking for a piece entitled "Chameleon" by Maurice Hamers. It is a tuba solo with brass band (though I would prefer a tuba/piano reduction), and was premiered at a European brass band competition in 1991. From my understanding, Hamers is from the Netherlands and is mostly known as a conductor.

Here are the resources I have looked at in my search thus far:
Google/Yahoo searches
Hickeys
Bernel (whatever that nonsense is about)
Pepper
Robert King
University library systems in Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois
WorldCat (OCLC)
Castlemusic
Thornes Music
BMIC
Assorted Dutch Brass Band Music Publishers

The best that I seem to be able to do is some CD's that Hamers recorded with a military band. If ANYBODY can help, it would be sincerely appreciated. Feel free to email or just post a reply.

The owner s Dick Wuopio and he is a real nice guy and helpful! If he doesn't have it, he might be able to find it or point you in the right direction.

Wishing you well,
