So I had an issue with my G&W mouthpiece, in that it didn't fit. Read the details here...viewtopic.php?t=5437&highlight=
I contacted Ivan Giddings about getting a replacement LONG after the trial period and he let me. All I had to do was pay a small restock/shipping fee and send my old one back, and my new one came within a few days. I really enjoy my mouthpiece, so the extra money was not a problem. It's nice to see such a great duo to work with who really care about their customers.
A++!
Ivan Giddings ROCKS!!!!

Ivan really is an "old school businessman" who understands the job which he has chosen. It is a real shame that more people do not follow his line of thinking running their businesses these days. But thankgoodness for Ivan, who makes an outstanding product but keeps it "Real" when he is dealing with people. When I was debating one of their mouthpieces he took the time to answer every question I had, even though some of them were probably a little "overkill" in the specifics I was looking for. Still everything was answered and not only that, the timeliness with which it was done is remarkable. I was shocked to see replys sometime within only an hour or two of me sending the inquiry. I really hope that the G&W line continues to become more and more popular so that tubists all over have the opportunity to see what it is like to deal with someone who cares.
