It looks like one of the Indian made Eb sousaphones.
I could be wrong as some of the pictures suggest that it has some age but the hexagonal finger buttons and the shoulder brace look very much like the Indian sousaphones that turn up on ebay http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.vi ... 93&alt=web" target="_blank

Don't worry, I was only curious.
By the way, I once bought out of curiosity one of this indian made little sousaphones. It had a real bad intonation and some of the braces were loose. Crap! I was thinking about using the bell to make a bellfront euphonium, but I recently sold it.
