Mouthpiece change

Post by Charlie Goodman »

I was wondering if anyone knows of a mouthpiece similar to the Miraphone TU31, only with a shallower cup. Specifically, is there maybe a G & W with a similar rim but not as deep?

well I do not know too much about the rim of the TU31, but as far as I have seen all of the G&W Mpc's share the same rim...... which is somewhat unique i think in how flat it is. In terms of cup size, I would guess the Diablo is the closest to rim size, but with what should be a smaller cup.... I strongly suggest contacting Ivan Giddings..... he is wonderful to work with. He is very quick to respond, polite, helpful, etc..etc.. everything a good businessman should be .
