What's the difference between the 155 and 154?

The 154 is actually the 4 valve version, this may be a 154 that has had a 5th valve added, and of course because its an older model the wrap is different. The 155 has the 5 valves , 157 is 6 valves 156 is the 6 valve 3+3 combo but I think everything else is the same.
