Yes.

"MJ Kalashen's|Kaiser|Model|New York|3114"

Mark Kalashen was a Dealer and possibly a Maker from 1895 to 1930.
Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?

Possibly. But.... Just judging from the lyre holder backing plate and some of the braces I would lean more toward Bohland & Fuchs.

I've never seen a Cerveny (or a photo of one) with those barrel shaped ferrules.
American sailboats, airplanes, banjos, guitars and flutes ...
Italian motorcycles and cars ...
German cameras and tubas ...

I'm not so sure that height is such a requirement for being called a "kaiser." The differences between 38" and say, 41" (tall enough for you?) is really pretty negligible. I think it has much more to do with the bore size, and overall diameter of the bows.

And "for parts or not working"... say what? A mislabeled eBay listing? Never! :!:
