For Sale:Mack Brass TU200 L lacquer BBb tuba

I am a euphonium player and bought this to double in church orchestra. Its a great horn...awesome low register...but a bit too big for me(I'm 5' 5") and its a big, big BBb tuba. I was surprised how easy it is to play.
Any local Dallas folks..I would be happy to let you test it out and see if you like it.

Anyway, I really want to sell it and buy a smaller tuba...maybe an F or even an Eb. I am willing to part with it for $1100.
It was $1695 new, when I bought it in February, plus tax and shipping, so I paid around $1900 new total.
Let me know if you are interested. I can send photos. The horn is essentially scratch and dent free.

If you like everything else about the horn, you can pay a good repairman to lower the leadpipe. That will cost a fraction of the loss you are taking on the price.

I am lowering the price to $1000.00. A friend of mine is using this horn for professional gigs from time to time, and he loves it, but doesn't have the cash. I just need the money.
