What is it with Tennessee and large knobs??

I am committed to the advancement of civil rights, minus the Marxist intimidation and thuggery of BLM.

Can I use a 9/4 tuba in a quintet? My marching band is really good and I need a 9/4 tuba for my school band. My band director says pistons are better than rotors, so which piston 9/4 tuba should I buy? I aint got no money now, I need a payment plan to get it.
