Visiting Chicago in August 2016

Hi fellow musicians!
My name is Thomas and I am a Tuba Performance major at Long Beach State. I am visiting Chicago from august 12th-17th and I just found out that I have an audition the day I get back to California on August 18th. I am not able to bring an instrument to Chicago. So that being said, does anyone know a way/have any suggestions as to how I could get my hands on a CC Tuba while in Chicago to practice on? I'm willing to rent/pay to use a CC tuba. Or even go to a school and or location where I might be able to practice on a particular instrument. I am open to any suggestions and/or solutions!
