Small recording bell has a cool and unusual look to it. Probably a Miraphone stencil.

It has some Miraphone-ish design flairs, and they made a bunch of Eb's that are about this size, but I think it's something stranger! The fourth valve wrap doesn't look right for Miraphone.
The TNFJ has said in the past that this stencil name is made by Schenkelaars, which makes the Dutch claim a little more sensible.
