It looks similar to the Mirafone Standard Perinet 3v I have but mine is an upright, one piece bell. Otherwise, the body is similar. I can't really see how badly the horn is dented but, if you are looking for something like this, the price might be OK. If you play outside, the front bell could improve how you are heard by the audience.
