Conn pistons and parts

Post by Salazarsam33 »

hello,
i have recently run into an old Conn 3j that is missing a 3rd piston valve. i had posted earlier about this and was suggested a Conn 5j piston would fit.

my question is, where do i go about ordering pistons from Conn, i checked on their website, but i only see whole instruments and not parts.

i also fpund a set of Conn 4j pistons, although i do not know if these will fit the 3J CC model i have.

thank you for any info on wjere i could find pistons t replace the one on the conn 3j.

3J looks close to 5J/12J (18" bell, little shorter, similar valve tubing layout, very slightly wider spaced valves)
4J/11J pictures look like a 5J/O-99 mutant and maybe had Olds valveblock. Would not try those.

5J piston is worth a shot, or if it's expensive get piston 3 from a rekt 12J

Bloke, would you happen to have her contact information?

You cannot even talk to her without being a dealer for C-S. You really just need to call a dealer (Bloke, Dan Schulz, etc.) and have them order for you what you need.

I would be willing to order whatever you want at a very minimal mark-up plus the postage from C-S to me and then on to you. However... I won't take any responsibility as to the parts working for your particular application. I'll need a part number from you.
