Dissertation on etudes?

Hi all,

I seem to recall someone, at some point in the last 10 years, doing a dissertation or study on etudes. It included questions like "which ones do you do?", "how often do you play them?", "which octave do you play then in?" and those types of questions.

I've searched the archives and cannot seem to find the published results of this. Can anyone help point me in the correct direction? If you have a PDF of the results or study can you let me know and I can shoot you over an email to you can send it over to me?
