D.C. 2017 and brief open letter to Wessex

Post by k001k47 »

The army conference was fun! It was good to finally assign a face to some users and play a few horns I've been waiting to get my hands on. I was the odd Hispanic dude with the finger tats. Feel free to discuss the conference here.

Also, I applaud Jonathan, Andy, and the rest of the Wessex company for their efforts in providing a quality experience to customers. I've had my gripes about Chinese horns in the past, and probably will going forward, but I admire what Wessex is doing; they really do care about providing the best they possibly can, and they adressed a few issues I had with no hesitation whatsoever. I am a satisfied customer!

Last, but not least, we missed you bloke!

Hi, I am pleased we could help you. It was an incredible coupled days and I thank everyone who dropped by and tried the horns. It was great to meet some more customers and TubeNeters. For those that could not make, here is picture of Wessex booth before the show opened. Most of time when open we were rather busy!
