All you needed to do was point out your "alternative" reading of 64.58 on the first policeman's radar gun, and point out that you were driving your "alternative" Pacer, and you'd have been on your way...
Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?
