Re: WTB Cerveny Bb PiggyI've never even seen a photo of one of those. They are on the website, but they are basically a unicorn
unless you mean the Arion model? that's not a piggy, but it's the same size body. the difference is a piggy is a large bore (835) and the arion is a medium large (789 ish) If you can't find an Arion, John packer makes a really really good version of it. That's what I use as my teaching horn
Re: WTB Cerveny Bb PiggyThanks for the tip on the Arion Model .
My concern with JP is are there parts available if repairs are needed. 1951 #2341 4 valve King with Holton Bell

Re: WTB Cerveny Bb Piggy
I have 6 packer instruments. Parts are easier to get from them than cerveny, besson, VMI, and a bunch of other places. Joe Sellmansberger is a packer dealer, he can tell you the details, allied carries packer parts now. The Taylor Arion might be perfect for you
Re: WTB Cerveny Bb PiggyPiggy BBb is the CBB-603. Thomann seems to still sell them. Listed price is low for a new horn, and they indicate they ship flat-rate to the US for shipments <= 31kg. I have no idea whether that would apply to a Piggy or what other costs might be involved.
FWIW, old thread that might apply: http://forums.chisham.com/viewtopic.php?t=62692 hal.

Re: WTB Cerveny Bb PiggyMight also want to check German eBay... Cerveny tubas are very common in the Europe, especially in BBb.
Also, Mike Johnson in the UK could probably advise on a new Cerveny Piggy BBb.
