Yeah, that's definitely not a VMI/B&S Musica, but a Cerveny-parts Musica tuba 
There were some Cerveny-parts Musica tubas that were labeled "Styer, Austria" or something to that effect. Those tubas I believe were actually assembled at the Musica shop in Austria using Cerveny parts. But don't quote me on it
