Hello everyone,
I have recently purchased one of the older Wilson F tubas (before the Xs and Xl) and was wondering if anyone knows what bag fits it best and where I could get one. It’s a pretty LARGE piston F tuba. It’s taller than my C tuba and it’s got a pretty open wrap.
If anyone has ever owned one, what gig bag did you use?

Re: WTB gig bag that fits Wilson 3200 F tuba
I used a cronkhite. It is close to the size of a PT10 with the exception of the width at the top bow (due to the open wrap and lower bell). I only know this because I originally purchased a PT10 cronkhite from BBC to try and it was just slightly too snug for my liking. The Wessex bag for F tubas (I think its either the 400 or 600) would fit it. I have one I'd be willing to part with if you're interested in that bag. I would also guess that the second smallest tuba bag from Miraphone would fit it as the smallest is just barely big enough for my PT10 clone.
