Hi all,
I have a Cerveny CBB 783 B Tuba with the red brass finish, nickel-silver mouthpipe, valve casings and bell rim. The diameter of the bell is 360mm / 14.2” (measured).
However, the website of Cerveny specifies 400 mm / 15,7“:

I also found an online brochure (maybe an old brochure?) which specifies 360mm / 14.2”:

Did Cerveny change the diameter of the bell over the years for the CBB 783? Or is there something else I don't know?
Thanks!

Yes, Cerveny changed the diameter from 36 cm to 40 cm.
bigger bigger bigger- like the Boosey/Besson tuba too.
