I am selling this tuba which was used by my daughter for the semester she was a music education major. When purchased, it was recommended/endorsed by her tuba professor at the University of Louisville.
The horn is in essentially new condition. Cosmetically, there are no dents, dings or defects and the lacquer is unmarred. To the ear, the horn has a great sound and still plays essentially like new.
It was purchased new with Martin Wilk modifications including his patented “MAW” valves and additional bracing he installed (approximately $2100 upgrade).
It comes with an Eastman hard case which is also in solid condition.
I am asking $6950 OBO. I live in Louisville and am willing to travel a reasonable distance (3-4 hr-ish drive) for serious buyers. I would be willing to pay shipping if someone more remote is interested in the purchase.

Thank you in advance.
