6/4 size CC tuba, silver plated, 4 piston valves plus one rotary valve. Bore: 0.787” valves 1, 2, and 3; 0.820" 4th valve; 0.860” 5th valve. 19-1/2” bell.
Few small dings in the large tubing (see pictures) including one ding on the guard near the small end of the bell bow that caused slight out-of-roundness.
Comes with its leather Cronkhite gig bag.
Located in Houston, Texas
Pickup in Houston would be ideal. Otherwise let's discuss.
This tuba was USD $11,500 (not including the gig bag) when new in 2008. Asking $7000 for tuba including gig bag.

Re: B&S 4198 / Perantucci PT-7PS $7000
Hello there!
So I’m trying to find a good PT-6p, but yours looks like a great option if it’s still available. Besides the bell size, how does it compare to the PT-6?? I’m really curious.
Thanks,
Xan

I've owned a PT-7p immediately followed by a PT-6. They are very similar the same except for the bottom bow and the bell... but the 7 is noticeably larger to hold and the sound is noticeable larger as well.xanperkins wrote:Hello there!
