Hello,
I am helping a friend by brokering the sale of her son's King 2280 Silver Plated 4 Valve Euphonium. He is in college and is no longer pursuing music which is the reason for selling. The instrument is in excellent condition, and the family is the second owner. The spring is missing for the third valve, and there are three dime-nickel sized dings but otherwise, the instrument is immediately playable. I am a high school band director and have access to replacement springs if needed.
The price is $1,100.00 and the buyer pays shipping. The instrument is located in Colorado Springs, CO.

Just curious, do you know the year (or have the serial number)? I have a silver 2280 from 1999 that has a heavy wooden case. I was wondering if mine is newer or older than the one you are helping to sell.
