Some insignificant dings in the bell, and one small ding on the knuckle of the third valve slide (pictured). The horn plays great and I've used it comfortably in wind bands, orchestras, brass quintets, and tuba ensembles.

I have had some custom work done that demonstrably improves the quality of the horn. The T-brace on the main tuning slide added a measure of comfort and stability in the low range. The discoloration around the lead pipe was a result of having it removed, shaped out to a more comfortable angle, and replaced with the horn vertical, removing tension and opening up the middle register. The custom 4th valve button is just for my small hands. Can be replaced before purchase if desired. Currently located in northern NJ, willing to travel for a sale.
