The 1L and 2 I bought new. The 3L I bought used and it has an area you can see at the end of the shank with a small ding which does not affect insertion.
Aside from the issue shown with the 3L the others are in excellent condition with insertion marks only.
Of note, the L designation denotes American Shank. The Wick 2 (without any suffix) is a British Shank Piece.
I used the Wick 2 with Teflon tape in the American Shank receiver of my Imperial Eb and it was an excellent match for the horn.
