Reynold Comtempora three valve Bb Tuba. The horn is in really nice shape. No big dents or dings, hardly any small ones either. Nice full sound. All slide work great except the second valve slide on top which is stuck. Never used it so didn’t fix it. Valves are really nice and are pretty quiet for a horn this age. I’ve been told it’s probably sometime in the 70s or 80s. Somebody told me that this is similar to an Olds 0991. They said sometime in the 70s or 80s Reynolds bought Olds. They kept manufacturing this model with their name. It’s market was junior high/high school three-quarter size. Only weighs 18 pounds. He said Some have remarkable intonation. The intonation on this one seems to be very good. Comes with a nice working hardshell case. Shipping $100 in CONUS. Please email me for other photos.
