SOLD: LOUD Mouthpieces LM 15 32.0mm Stainless Steel Screw Rim

Post by boboly »

This is a 32mm rim. It is basically the same rim as its successor, the Mouthpiece Ordnance model M.O. 32.0A, 32.0mm rim, which has the Helleberg II style contour.

This rim is in very good condition with moderate scuffing and minimal scratching.

It was designed by Joe Murphy of LOUD Mouthpieces and manufactured by Houser Mouthpiece Works. Houser now makes Sellmansberger, Mouthpiece Ordnance, and Parker tuba mouthpieces.

Designed for the old LOUD model LM 15 it will fit any of the LOUD two-piece mouthpiece underparts perfectly.

It will also fit any Sellmansberger, M.O., or Parker screw-thread underpart or cup. However the diameter of this rim at the rim-cup junction, 31.9mm, is slightly smaller than the 32.53mm diameter of the Sellmansberger/M.O./Parker cups. So there will be a minimal 0.3mm (0.01”) step-off.

Asking $45. Free shipping within the continental US.
