Just finished our annual service for deceased members and the daughter of a member who passed last year has offered to donate her father's sousaphone to the band.
He bought it from the band in 1936.He wrote a history of this sousaphone's life when he had it restored.
We are looking forward to seeing the history and hearing the sousaphone play again in the band hall.
Just got back an Anon. Over The Shoulder all Brass with Brass garland 3 Berliner valve Eb tuba from restoration today. Plays very nice....I’m a happy camper
