Everything is in excellent shape except the Bayamo, which is every so slightly out round on the end of the shank. Add $10 for US Shipping.

I’ve never seen a Bayamo in that style. Almost looks like a Roland Szentpali or Talladega.

That's the original Giddings and Webster style. I remember I had a Diablo and a Taku from the late 2000s in that heavy shell style. Not sure when they switched over. Nigh-on indestructible so I'm sure Rob's example here is great.

I had no idea! I’ve owned 2 Bayamo and they both were the normal style seen today. Thanks for the information

Ivan switched over because a) he didn't feel the heavy shell was doing anything for this piece, and b) I think he can use a smaller blank. This shell makes it a certifiable weapon in the right hands.

It's a tiny bit out of round on the shank. I'm fussy and I don't seem to notice anything when I play it. I'm just not using it and have too many Amazon boxes sitting around in need of new homes :-)
