Eat a banana to calm the nerves

Eat a nice meal - how often is it comfortable to practice on an empty stomach?

Drink water

Arrive with enough time to crap 10 times, get lost 3 times, warm-up, and crap again.

Sing

Stretch

Breathing excercises

Sub-divide

GOOD LUCK!

one thing that I have learned from experiece is that there is nothing that annoys a professor more than someone stopping in the middle of an audition or performance when you fumble on a note and try and fix it to show that you can actually do whatever it was you didnt play right

Excelent advice, to which I'd like to add:

Eat ONE banana, not a whole bunch

Eat a nice meal. Do this at the normal time you eat.(HAVE a normal time at which you eat)
Sit down at a table to eat and take your time to enjoy the food, preferably with friends/family (this is always a good idea)

Drink LOTS of water. Always. At least a bottle a day.
Water, not any other beverage.

Arrive with enough time to pee 10 times as well (see above)

Sing (can't do it myself, but it is good for you)

Strech, then strech some more (I like the strech & breathing excercises in Bart van Lier's "coordination training program for trombone playing")

BREATHING EXCERCISES.

RELAX.

Don't worry about missed notes. They're not important.

Make music.

Show them you can make music.

You're not there to show them that you can do everything right. They're not interested in someone they can't teach. Don't worry about being correct. They want someone they can teach that to. What you do want is to demonstrate that you have some aptitude. If something goes poorly, show them you can land on your feet.

Show them you can make music.
Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?
