Because I have not seen it or played it, I can't speak to this specific horn. Nonetheless, as a VMI 2103 owner, I strongly recommend that anyone looking for a BBb tuba of excellent quality at a reasonable price seriously investigate Ed's. For my money, the 2103 is a true "sleeper" horn that should get much more attention than it does.

For what it is worth, this was my son's horn. It was purchased new in the fall of 2000. I'm selling it because he is now playing a CC tuba.
