Loud Mouthpieces?

Anyone know anything about them?

I have a LM-6 and a LM-15. I got the LM-15 first and it has become my mouthpiece of choice on my Besson 983. With everything else that I tried with this horn I had to have the tuning slide in all the way to play in tune and even then it played flat for me on most of them. The other mouthpiece that I had tried with it that played in tune was so shallow that I had a tough time getting a decent tone. The LM-15 allows me to play in tune with the slide out about a quarter of an inch and still get the sound I am looking for.

I find the LM-6 a little small, but it works well on my big horn (a King 1291 BBb rotary). I haven't yet decided if I like it better than the other pieces I use with that horn, but it's still in the running.

In general they are well made and worth trying to see if any of the models work for you.

i play an LM5 on my CB50 and it really does give a big DARK sound. like has already been said i dont know if it's the stainless or the design but i'm thinking it's some of both. i love this mouthpiece and i'm planning on buying an F mouthpiece from these guys as soon as i can. great people to work with and a great product.

I march drum corp and our brass caption apparently started the company. Our contra line is marching with them this summer. So far, I have no complaints about the LM-5 that I've been using. But, I have found that it is almost impossible to "overblow" on it.

I use a LM-5 with my Kalison DS CC and get good results. It produces a darker sound than any of the other mouthpieces I have tried. I can play louder on my PT-50 than I can on my LM-5, so it isn't really a "Loud" mouthpiece for me. They produce a dark sound and look cool. What more could you want?
