Wilder Sonata No. 1 copyright??

I am hoping someone can help me out with a copyright ownership question. If anyone happens to have a the Wilder Tuba Sonata No. 1, can they forward the copyright information on the bottom of the first page of the score.

I am getting closer to the finding the "real" owner of this piece and possibly gtting it back in print.
