Concerto Premiere

Hey Everyone,

I came across this while surfing the internet this morning. Some of you in the Houston area may be interested (and everyone else for that matter)

EveryoConcerto No. 2 for Tuba, Winds and Percussion by Leroy Osmon will be premiered on 21 May, 2006 at Clear Brook HS. Soloist will be Dave Kirk (Houston Symphony) and Stan Mauldin conductor.

This work was commissioned by Dave Kirk. It is a standard 3 movement concerto with a total performance time of 15'45'' and will be published by RBC Music of San Antonio, Texas.

Do you have any clue what time this concert will be? My youth orchestra is playing Mars, Jupiter, and La Forza del Destino on the same day

so I don't know if I can make it.
